Jack and Jim have always been best friends, and together, they have always gotten into accidental scrapes while executing not so well thought out schemes. Still, nothing really prepared them for the adventure of a lifetime – except maybe that Missouri stubborn streak they both were born with.

Jack and Jim spent a lifetime of just getting by, not owning property, not committing to anyone or anything for too long. Then, one day, while out and about doing their favorite thing, drinking beer and back-roading, they stumble upon a cabin someplace where it should not have been. So, of course, they proceed in their second favorite past-time, looking for treasure, aka – easy money.

What they found, quite frankly, scared the hell out of them. But it also gave them some wealth and freedom for about six months which, coincidentally, is when the well ran dry. Forgetting how frightened they were in the past, Jack and Jim were determined to find the cabin again to explore their options. How could they have guessed time travel would be involved? Or that they needed to become real cowboys in order to handle the trip? Or even deeper, that they would find their true purpose, their own family, their forever home? That is, until they had to leave again…

Who is Walter Stephen Geeding?

Walter Stephen Geeding lives on a small farm in a rural county in SW Missouri with his wife and three dogs. In his younger life he was a nomad and traveled extensively crisscrossing the United States. He married and divorced three times before finding God, going back to school, meeting his wife of 21 years and becoming an attorney. In his own words “God saved me for something. Maybe He’ll let me know for what someday.”
